
Amber LeRae Earls is a dedicated filmmaker whose career spans almost two decades in the New Mexico film industry. A proud member of the Directors Guild of America and IATSE Local 480, Amber holds a B.A. in Theatre Stage Management & Directing from the University of New Mexico (2004) and attended CNM’s Film Technician Training Program (2011). Her extensive experience includes working in a wide range of production and crew roles (specifically as an Assistant Director and Production Coordinator) on projects for major outlets such as Netflix, Bravo, CBS, Apple TV+, Meow Wolf, and many others.
In addition to her crew work, Amber produces, directs, and/or writes films through her independent production company, Librada Pictures. These films have been featured at prominent film festivals (e.g. Santa Fe Independent Film Festival, Smodcastle Film Festival, Albuquerque Film and Media Experience, the 48 Hour Film Festival, and others) and have earned multiple awards, reflecting her commitment to authentic storytelling and creative excellence.
